Text-To-Speech VB.net Project
A downloadable tool for Windows
Basic console app that allows you to type words into a console to have the computer state your words. This is a very simple program since I am a programmer but new to the visualbasic.net language.
Download
Install instructions
*Unzip A zip folder
*Go to A\A\bin\Debug\A.exe
*Run .exe program and start typing in text when a command line prompt and the text 'Enter the text to speak:' appears.
*Press 'Enter' to get the program to say the words you want the program to say.
*If you want to exit the program, type 'Quit-'
